Electronics and Communication Engineering

The Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) Department was set up in the year 2002.The department offers Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG) programmes that provide students with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed in this field.

The faculty members have published papers and journals which have been mentioned and acknowledged internationally, with an active ongoing involvement in the Texas Instruments Ltd. Project, with students getting ample exposure in these research activities. The department gives significant importance to high impact disciplines such as Signal and Image Processing, Microwave antennas, Optical communication and Photonics, Embedded systems and VLSI technologies.
