Admissions Overview

We are a group of institution affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada (JNTUK), which allows us to follow a standard admission process, wherein candidates who have cleared their 10+ 12 with Physics & Mathematics as major subjects and with minimum 45% of marks are eligible to apply. Selection will be based on marks obtained in EAMCET (Engineering, Agriculture & Medical Common Entrance Test).

Admission Guidelines

We follow a standard admission process wherein candidates who have passed 10+2 with Physics & Mathematics as major subjects and with minimum 50% of marks are eligible to apply. Selection will be on the basis of marks obtained in EAMCET (Engg, Agriculture & Medical Common Entrance Test). 

Admission is either through EAMCET counselling or by enrollment with Jawaharlal Nehru Technology University, Kakinada

Eligibility Criteria and Process

Entrance Exam : EAMCET/JEE

Eligibility Requirements:

A Candidate for admission to the four-year degree course in Engineering must have passed the Intermediate examination of the Board of Intermediate Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as Major subjects, or any other examination recognized by the University as equivalent theoretically the eligible applicants for admission into First Year shall have to qualify in the EAMCET Examination conducted by the Govt. of AP. The candidates will be admitted strictly in accordance with the merit secured at the Entrance Examination keeping in view the rules in force regarding the reservations of seats of various categories of candidates. The candidates should satisfy local/non-local status requirement as laid down in the AP Educational institutions (Regulation of Admissions) Order 1974 as amended from time to time.

Eligibility Requirements:

Entrance Exam : AP POLYCET

Eligibility Criteria of AP POLYCET

Nationality and domicile – The candidate needs to be an Indian national and a resident of Andhra Pradesh.

Qualifying Exam – The candidate must have passed SSC examination conducted by State Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana or an equivalent exam scoring minimum 35% marks in aggregate with Mathematics as a compulsory subject.

Age limit – There is no lower or upper age limit to appear in the exam.

Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (APICET) is a state-level MBA and MCA entrance examination conducted for admission to colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh. APICET is conducted by Sri Venkateshwara University on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education.

Candidates seeking admission in MBA courses through APICET 2020 should fulfil the following criteria:

Candidate should be an Indian National and should conform to the local/non-local status requirement as per government rule
Candidates should have passed a three-year bachelor’s degree course in any stream with a minimum 50 per cent aggregate (SC, ST and BC with 45 per cent aggregate) from a recognised university
Candidates in their final year of 3-year Bachelor’s degree and awaiting results are also eligible to apply for APICET 2020 exam
